A thorough Inspection
We will identify structural defects that allow rodents access to your home. Our inspectors provide information on the type of rodent, key shelter areas, where they are obtaining food and water, and identify conditions around dwellings that are favorable to infestations. Then we create a list of priorities for repairs needed and recommend any changes in conditions that attract rodents.
Rodent GUARD — Ridge Vent System
If pests and insects can find their way through your existing ridge vent they can cause damage. Our weatherproof and powder-coated Exclusion System's are installed on the ridge vent of your roof. This system will prevent wildlife or insects like carpenter bees from burrowing their way in, blocking pests out without interfering with airflow. Our system can be installed on any asphalt roof.
Rodent GUARD — Foundation & Trench
Our system is installed by digging a trench approximately 12-inches deep around the targeted area. Then we bury industrial grade, stainless-steel hardware mesh in the trench. Then the trench is back-filled and compacted to lock the base of the mesh. Lastly stainless steel mesh is permanently attached to the adjoining structure above.
